Open room in home in Clairemont
3 open rooms in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in central Clairemont (near Balboa and Genessee) looking to fill by July 1st. Shared bathroom with the 2 other roommates. House has a nice size back yard and brand new hardwood flooring. Washer and dryer provided. Current roommates are moving out to live with their significant others, so their rooms are now available. There is already a cat so no more animals will be accepted. Lease is for one year and would require 1 months rent as a deposit.
Room is approximately 10x10sq ft with additional closet space, and the house has plenty of extra storage. Total rent for the house is $4000.
