I am currently looking for a roommate for this next year starting May 1st at my Lincoln Park 2BR + 1.5 BR Apartment that is fully furnished (except for your BR) for $825 a month plus utilities. It is located right on Sheffield Ave. right off of Wrightwood, essentially on the border with Lakeview. It’s a 3 minute walk to the Diversey Brown/Purple line and about a 5 minute walk to the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line. I have lived here for almost a year and a half and it’s been a great cozy spot that gets a ton of light and in an area surrounding by things to do and eat. There is laundry in the building’s basement that’s affordable.
About me and who I’d be looking to room with: I’m a 28 year old architecture professional who is pretty easy going and enjoys people. I’d prefer to room with someone in the latter half of the their 20s/early 30s, and someone who overall is easy-going, respectful and who I could just generally get along well with. I’d prefer a working professional as well, and just someone who can be responsible about making rent. The lease would last a year through May 2024 with the potential to extend as well. My landlord is a really easy going person and I’ve overall really enjoyed living in this space.
