I'm currently working from home due to the pandemic, so I'm looking for a quiet space to work during the day. I prefer a private bedroom and private bathroom, and would appreciate the flexibility to set up a desk in the common space, rather than being stuck in my bedroom all day.

My move in date is flexible, but I'm hoping to move at the end of January or sometime in February, and want to stay on the west side of LA, near Brentwood, Sawtelle, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, etc.

I'm looking for an unfurnished room, since I have my own bedroom furniture, but furnished common spaces are okay. I'm looking for hopefully just one other person to share a 2bed 2bath apartment with. I tend to prefer female roommates.

I like to keep common areas clean so that the space feels peaceful and relaxing. I try to be respectful of others, and am pretty easy going.

I enjoy when my roommate and I can be friends and chat or hang out occasionally, but I also enjoy time to myself. I'm not a partier but do enjoy low-key social gatherings now and then.

Right now, due to covid, I am limiting all social interactions to things outside and masked, with my boyfriend as the one exception.

In my free time I like to exercise (run, yoga), go hiking, go to the beach, do arts and crafts, or relax and watch tv.
