Eden - $1,900/month

Hi! I'm 28, originally from LA and work in TV (from home). I enjoy movies and game nights, cooking, candles lit always, exploring the city, my glow-in-dark beer league kickball team. My boyfriend and I split time between our two apartments so he's here almost half the time and the other half, the place is empty. We smoke weed in the living room so must be 420 friendly.

My last roommate and I had a “one household” kind of mentality where we get things for the house (toilet paper, butter, tape, etc.) and take turns so it all evens out (without having like a rigid schedule of who gets what). We’re very respectful of each other’s space and things but are also very about sharing it so we use each other’s cookware or blankets or whatever’s in the common spaces. We'd do the dishes in the sink no matter whose they were. It’s worked great and something I definitely want to keep up with the next roommate!
