HUNTINGTON BEACH, ORANGE COUNTY. Laid back and friendly female who is a young professional. I would like a room mate around my age range (24-30). Can be female or male, but my two bedroom apartment has only one bathroom so we'd need to share. Ideally a female would probably be more comfortable in this space. I do have a cat but she is very shy and hardly comes out of my room. I am a very social person, sometimes spending nights away at friends' houses, my boyfriend's house, etc. I am not a homebody so the apartment is mostly quiet since I'm not there very often. When I AM there, I have no problem chilling in the living room and watching TV with room mates or hanging out. Sometimes though I just hang out in my room and keep to myself. I am very clean and respectful, I am 420 friendly but it doesn't take over my life. I like to keep the common spaces clean and organized. The apartment location is great; we have two mini mart/liquor stores walking distance as well as some food places walking distance and a cleaners. The beach is a mile away and a lot of options of supermarkets, bars, stores, restaurants, etc. are all very close (5-10 min). Utilities all together are 55 per person a month.

Cozy apartment blocks from the beach!
My room mate is vacating our two bedroom, one bath apartment by March 1st.
The apartment is in a privately owned complex that is pretty small; the neighbors are all really friendly and most have been around for years.
The apartment complex is walking distance to food options, cleaners, mini marts. A few blocks away is the beach; off Beach Blvd and PCH in Huntington Beach. Plenty of super markets, restaurants, nightlife, parks, etc. all very close by. Beach Blvd is a major street with everything you can think of along its path and it is how you directly access the 405 freeway as well. Great option if you need to commute to places outside of HB but still want to be near the beach!
I do have a shy, cute cat named Mia who mostly hangs out in my room. She is skittish and shy in nature so preferably no other animals in the apartment. Its hard enough getting her out of my room to play!
Both bedrooms are about equal in size with one wall dedicated as a mirrored closet. Bathroom is shared so preferably female room mate due to the size of the apartment but I'm not super picky.
Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space with some of my kitchen items in it. Living room however will be mostly unfurnished since my room mate owned most of the furniture.
There is a heater in the unit. Landlords pay for water, trash and gas. The only utilities I pay for are electricity and WiFi which totals to 55 per person a month since we'd split the total cost.
There is a laundry space with 4 machines total that take dollars/quarters in the shared courtyard, steps away from the apartment so very convenient. We are located on the second floor.
Rent is month to month; I am okay with someone only needing to occupy the space for 3-6 months. I am not sure I can dedicate another full year into living there but this can be worked out if you'd want to occupy the apartment yourself when my plans change.
I am a very laid back person, 420 friendly as long as its in moderation. When I'm home I mostly use my place to recharge and keep to myself in my room, but I am very social and friendly. I am not a homebody and usually will spend some time away from the apartment every week in some way, whether visiting friends, family or staying at my boyfriend's place.
I am respectful, clean and very responsible. All bills and rent is always paid on time and I need someone who is similar.
