Two bedroom one bath apartment in Torrance. Great place. I've lived here for 6 years. Property owners are really nice, they live in Maryland, they don't raise the rent and are always responsive. The building has just six units and everyone is nice and respectful and they've all been here longer than I have. That says something. It's a great, safe area with the least expensive rent. Close to everything. It's the South Bay...you know the area. Let me know if you'd like to see the place.
