$1100 Room for Rent in Beautiful Gated Carmel Mountain Community

My wife and I are looking to rent out an unfurnished room in our 4 bedroom/3 bath home in Carmel Mountain Ranch which is located right off the 56 and 15 freeways. We are in our early 30s and are very active. I work in Finance downtown and my wife is in Marketing and works from our home office. Our ideal roommate is a full-time working professional who doesn’t work from home, is clean, quiet, and loves dogs but doesn’t have their own (we have a 57-lb dog who loves people).

Our community is gated and very safe and quiet. There is a community pool and hot tub and we’re walking distance to multiple shopping centers. The room has high ceilings, its own full bathroom attached, and private balcony. You’ll have your own spot in the driveway for parking.

Move in date is December but can be flexible if needed. Rent is $1,100 a month plus 1/3 of the water bill (we don’t do any outside watering). Gas, electric, trash, Wi-Fi, and a monthly maid service are included. We would require a $1100 security deposit and the rental agreement would be month to month. Must be able to provide references and pass a background check.
