At this point the only way I can afford anything in Nevada is with a roommate I'm looking for someone who is very friendly very kind and very compassionate someone definitely in her late to mid-40s and someone who is definitely not a loner but someone who is patient,kind and who has the capacity to be a friend I don't want anyone who is selfish or all about herself but someone rather who shows sincerity and who is at least in her mid to late forties up to 50 and or 63 years old. Also never never not going to accept any stealing from my items which I have many of. I also need to emphasize that I am a vocal artist and that I need to sing day and night night and day so someone has to be aware and be ready for the rafters to ring with that said I also have a little service animal and I need a person who loves animals the way I do. Also I need to stress specifically that that person be clean with themselves and with other things all around the apartment and our house they have to be sanitary the person I choose I mean to say and they must be tidy and clean they don't have to be perfect but they should be organized I don't want chaos around me I've lived in that long enough.
