Rent $815, Monthly Utilities are usually kept around $100 for gas, electric, water, internet etc.
Private Bedroom (bigger than most apartment rooms) and shared bathroom with conscientious roommate.
A little about us: Hi folks! One of our awesome roommates will be moving out at the end of this lease cycle. We're sad to see her go, but looking forward to welcoming a new roomie into our house! There's 2 current housemates, and one four legged friend sticking around for the next lease (unfortunately we're a one fur friend house). We keep a pretty clean house, and are comfortable socializing or not. No hard feelings if you want to stick to your space, but hanging out is always fun! One room in the house has been used as office space for daily work/studying.
The house is fairly well furnished (with the exception of your potential new room), but if you have any pieces you're hoping to move in, just mention this and we can move stuff around. We have a washer/dryer, and gas starter fireplace. Garage space, and shed space are often used for items we currently don't want in the house, but want to hold onto.
Ideal Roommate:
We'd prefer someone mid 20's to mid 30's and female. Ideally you're looking for a living situation that could go past the year's lease.
