Hi,

I am renting 2 connected rooms in four bedroom apartment.

I occupy 2 rooms (one bedroom and one office) and am renting two connected rooms (one bedroom with an attached office space).

We would share a big living room, kitchen, big bathroom, and a lovely big balcony.

The apartment is very big, has wonderful light, in a lovely quiet neighborhood and walking distance from two metro stops.

The house is recently renovated, with washer/dryer unit inside the house, dishwasher, and two separate fridges.

*All utilities are included in the rent!*

I am an academic, so I spend my days writing and reading when I am not on campus teaching. I cook a bit (not too much), like to bake, and occasionally (once a month or so) will have friends over.

I am looking for a female roommate that has a full time job and is committed to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment.
