$600- Furnished Bedroom, Shared bathroom in Comfy home SW Houston.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Your room would be furnished with a bed, dressers and a walk-in closet. There are 2 other people in the house; a male, 26, and me a female, 25. You would be sharing the bathroom with me. We have WiFi, Apple TV in the living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Fully furnished. A huge backyard & a grill. We are pretty chill people, we both keep the common areas clean, so we would need someone that can clean after themselves as well. We also Airbnb the room out sometimes until we fill it permanently, but Really looking for someone who would want to stay longer than month-to-month to keep the safe, comfortable environment, but either/or works. Prefer someone around our age as well!
