I would prefer living with an older adult male or female, sexual orientation, spiritual practice and race not an issue.

Prefer open minded person who likes to keep a clean household. I keep my politics to myself, and I am not into hate dislike gossip and prejudice.

Also would prefer no smoking indoors or pets. I like pets but they are too much work that's why I no longer have a dog or cat.

Semi retired with fixed income. No health issues, working as a licensed real estate agent part time. Practice Yoga 3x per week and have garden in CharMeck Park and recreation community garden.

Basically I am a quiet person who likes to read and garden. I also cook and I am very health conscious and don't mind sharing food but not a requirement.

I am also a very handy man who can work on cars, refrigerators, dishwashers, general plumbing, electrical and household repair.
