I'm a 53 year old gay man with more than 2 decades experience working in higher education and non profits, as well as side gigs like volleyball referee, server/bartender, photographer. I keep an active outdoor lifestyle, but also enjoy quiet time at home cooking, reading, catching up on binge worthy shows, etc. I play tennis, hike, ski, ride bike, and go for walks and runs regularly. Open to a short term, or possibly long term for the right fit situation. The third room is occupied by an international graduate student for another year.

Comfortable room in Sunny, 3 bdrm Apt, great location in LIC.

Large 3 bdrm apt (1,000 sq feet) with newly renovated bathroom, plenty of southern exposed windows (with trees right outside the window) in shared living space, with quieter bedroom not adjacent to street). Great location only 2 min walk to E, M, 7 and G trains, and equally close to Trader Joe's, Target, other lcoal shops, cafes, coffee shops, liquor stores, breweries, parks, pharmacy, etc. It's only one stop from the city on the E or a few on the 7 - minutes to midtown, 20 minutes to downtown/ the village. It's a safe and convenient neighborhood with a mix of the old and brand new with development continuing to bring new restaurants and activities all the time. Share with down to earth, gay man and straight male grad student. No smoking in the apartment, rent includes utilities, internet/wifi and a cleaning service for bathroom and kitchen.
