Looking for roommate in Uptown/State Thomas Neighborhood
Hello - I am looking for a roommate. The apartment is located in State Thomas Neighborhood in Uptown Dallas - 2 story condominium that is 1,700 sq ft total, you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. All common areas will be fully furnished, you would just need to furnish your bedroom. The condo has 24 hour concierge, lap pool, hot tub/spa, gym, garage parking with climate controlled storage unit. The living room also has a billiards/Ping Pong table.
I am 30/M working for an investment bank in downtown Dallas.
Eventually I am looking for 1 roommate so the 3rd bedroom can be used as a home office/guest room - however, if you are fine sharing a bathroom and having two roommates the monthly rate would be $1,100.
