Need a roommate for our bright beautiful home! Please read carefully!

Here's the situation: the house is on the market to be sold, however we have close communication with the realtor, and there is no indication it will be selling soon. There are currently no interested buyers. There is of course the possibility that, even if the house gets sold eventually, we may be taken on as tenants and nothing would change. If a sale would result in us leaving, we would have a minimum of two months to find other housing. It all depends on the eventual buyer.

If you're somehow still interested, thank you for your attention, and here are more details about our house: rent is 897 per person not including utilities. Private laundry, a garage multipurpose space, dishwasher, large patio are included. We get beautiful natural light in the house all year around. There is always somewhere to park on the street. We live in a beautiful part of the city, which is well connected by bus and skytrain, while still being very green and relatively peaceful for Vancouver. There are a lot of amenities nearby, including a community centre, library, restaurants, and a local grocery store. We have 2 friendly cats, so sadly cannot accommodate any more pets. We are all in our 20s, so would prefer to find someone in that age range or someone who can tolerate that age range haha. We are all friendly, clean, and relaxed, and we like to keep our house the same way. Must be queer friendly. We don't really care about smoking or drinking, as long as it is done respectfully. Other than that, we are happy to find someone short- or long-term, given our situation. We have been with our landlord for nearly 3 years and have an excellent relationship with her.
