My name is Lynn and I'm looking for a roommate for the summer, maybe even into the fall as well. I work from home and am looking for someone to move in May 1st. The house has a great yard and patio. The landlord lives next door and is really great and quick about fixing any issues with the house. Its located in a great area, close to Downtown WPB and the beaches. I keep the house tidy and am pretty chill. I'm looking for a roommate who likes to laugh and who's idea of a great Friday night is Netflix/game night, takeout, and cocktails.
*If you're into partying, we might not be great roommates.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with GREAT windows facing the beautiful backyard and lawn out front. There is a driveway for parking. We have a laundry room, but no dish washer in the kitchen. There's a back patio with a little fire pit. The house has some furnishings and we can discuss more if you are interested. I'm not a huge cat person, but I do have a yard cat who is the best. You'll probably like her, too because she wins everybody over (unless you're allergic...then you might not). I pay for wifi for the house.
