I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. This is a third floor apartment in the Casablanca apartment complex just off Evergreen in South Everett. My current roommate is looking to move so I am hoping for someone to replace him for the remaining portion of the lease which is actually 7 months, April-October. I share my room with my 4 year old daughter. I have 2 cats and a parakeet. Rent is $685.50 + utilities (about $40) + PUD (about $60) + internet. One time $400 pet deposit for cat or dog. Unsure of how much internet will be, for current plan is under my roommates name- we’d have to figure that out between the two of us. The picture I shared of the bedroom is actually mine and my daughters, the one available is slightly smaller. Living room is still filled with my boxes, for we’ve only lived here for about 6 months. I am looking to renew my lease for another year beginning 10/12/20 and my current roommate is moving out. Whoever applies must be able to pass a background and credit check through the leasing office.
I share my room with my 5 year old daughter. I have 2 cats and a dog. There is a one-time application fee of $40 and $685.50 deposit.
