There is a balcony overlooking the pool and bbq area. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apt. upstairs unit! Ceiling fans in every room. Cozy kitchen area. There is the charm of a quaint beach apt. but right in the heart of the city in Carlsbad Village! Close to freeway. luxury beach lifestyle, or if you want to take a swim after work. jump in! Life at the beach, Laundry facilities on premises, off street parking with remote control. This is a non-smoking building. I am asking for $1000 a month. we can discuss utilities and deposit. I'm flexible. You will Wi-Fi- Cable and you will be living with a pretty cool roommate! This is not very large space, but it's ideal for 2 people! Balcony overlooking the pool! They frown on loud parties around here.
