Photos 5-6: There's a KTV (karaoke room) and a movie theater.
Not Pictured: There’s also a game room (I didn't get a chance to take a picture).

No Dogs: My timid cat gets stressed when around dogs.
Cat-Friendly: Ideally, you like cats.
No Male Guests in the Apartment: It’s okay to have male friends over in the complex, just not inside the apartment.
NO WEED.
Quiet Hours: No noise that could disturb sleep past midnight on work/school nights.
Heads Up for Guests: Let’s both notify each other when bringing friends over.
Clean Shared Spaces: Let’s keep the common areas tidy.
