I tend to be pretty quiet, as I've been staying closer to home than usual with everything going on. I'm a big sports fan that enjoys watching/attending games and hope to return to going to games when it becomes safe to do so.
I also enjoy music, politics, trivia nights, playing softball in the park and exploring all that New York City has to offer.

I have a room for rent in my two bedroom apartment, as it is available as of September 1st. I'm looking for someone that would be interested in renewing a lease with me for a year at that point, as I've lived in the apartment for 11 years and have always renewed on a year to year basis.
My lease with my current roommate ends on September 1st but he will likely be moving his stuff out earlier in August if there is the need to move in sooner.
The building is three total apartments (one on each floor), and is right across the street from R, F, and G trains. It’s also a short walk to Prospect Park and to Atlantic Terminal as well.
A share of the electric bill, internet and cable tends to be about an additional $100 per month.
I've been working from home during Covid but will potentially start going back into the office again in September. I was usually out late a few nights a week (pre-Covid) so there would definitely be a good amount of time that you would have the apartment to yourself when everything eventually gets back to normal.
Credit check and salary information would be required by landlord upon signing the lease.
Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or if you would like to make an appointment to view the apartment.
