Hi! Me and my roommate are looking for a 3rd (preferably female) roommate to fill out a gorgeous 3b/3b in Beverly Grove! It is in walking distance of Cedars Sinai and plenty of restaurants/coffee shops, so there’s tons to do. We’re looking for a young professional between 22-26 or so who likes to have fun on the weekends but will keep the apartment a mostly quiet place during weekdays since we both will be working at home.
