Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to occupy one of the bedrooms in my apartment next year. I have a super nice two bedroom condo in Andersonville with a bigger room and a smaller room, you can choose whichever room you want (listed price is for the smaller room, obv we can discuss details).
I have two very sweet and very weird cats (unfortunately two is the unit limit so if you have your own cats that wouldnt work). The rest of the unit is furnished but you would need your own bed etc. I collect antiques and oddities so someone who’s not weirded out by old/goth-y stuff would be ideal lol. I also like to keep the place pretty clean but I’m not insane about it, as long as you weren’t raised in a barn we should be cool!

I have two bedrooms I’m willing to rent out, one bigger and one smaller. The Bigger one has a street-facing window and a double closet, the other bedroom has a single closet, the washer and dryer, and direct access to the back porch. The bigger room’s rent would be up to $1300 and the smaller room’s rent would start at $800. We can discuss specifics in more detail one-on-one, I’m willing to be flexible here.
It’s a second floor unit in an HOA Condo building. (The landlady takes care of HOA fee stuff for us). The neighbors are all older so someone quiet is preferred, but they’re all pretty chill and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. Parking is super easy nearby and you don’t need a permit, public transit is nice too since we’re near a lot of busses. The Argyle red line stop is the closest L station to me iirc. The neighborhood itself is really walkable, like two blocks from the main drag in Andersonville so the location is amazing. Honestly a steal for the area and the quality of the apartment, so lmk if you’re interested and we can chat!
