Looking for the right match

Hello there. We are a little family with a master bedroom (and private bathroom) available in our 3 bedroom house in Pinole for $900-$1000 per month (price is slightly flexible for ideal roomie). House is on a quiet, dead end street. There is street parking and possibly a driveway spot. We are in our early 30's. We appreciate movies, books, and sarcasm. Husband is a hard working, smart ass, gamer/couch potato. Wife is a God loving, tree-hugging, working mom who also uses Sign Language. We have one offspring who keeps to herself or us, but sometimes sings "Helpless" from Hamilton while getting ready for school. Oh and we have a 14 year old dog. Our common areas are sometime IG worthy, and other times "decorated" with toys, crafts or items from the day. We are looking for a drama free, trustworthy, not too in our business kinda roomate. Wife will probably except you as family the first week and offer you snacks...husband will eat chips, cautiously observe and then very slowly become that guy you can always rely on. We prefer no regular drinking in the house with some exceptions. We are fine with smoking if it's done responsibly and outdoors. Obv no illegal drugs and no overnight guests with some exceptions.
