About Me

Me and my wife (I’m 21 and she’s 23). I work with production so I travel a lot and my wife is a designer fresh out of college. About once or twice a year my family comes to visit me from Brazil, so that’s the only thing I’d like to say ahead of time. (usually my mom and grandma only). But when they are here they help us with rent, groceries, cooking and cleaning. We are very easy going people, we hang out a lot with our friends, do our get together and small parties in the apt. We are okay with most things, we just want clear communication because this is a couple’s household. We are okay with smoking, drinking, etc. but smoking only in the balcony.

Private Bedroom + Bathroom in DTLA

Currently being used as our office & storage. We have a big guest bed (Functional Sleep Number) which we can leave it in the room for you to use it or get rid of it if you have or plan to get your own bed - we just need to know ahead of time so we can move it to storage. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, king bed included if interested - Amenities: Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Cinema, Library, Gym, Conference Rooms, Mini Golf, Party Saloon, Guest parking, etc. The apartment is fully furnished and we have all the appliances (Coffe Maker, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven/Microwave/Airfrier, Fridge/Freezer/Icemaker, sandwich/Waffles Maker, Toaster, Fondue, Water filter etc). Our apt has in unit washer and dryer, big TV in the living room with Apple TV, playstation 4, speaker system etc. Which we are all okay with sharing. We have a balcony with a decent view of downtown LA. (We are on the 3rd floor). And parking is extra, not sure how much but for sure not more than $200/m. Guest parking is unlimited and paid but there’s a way around it to get it for free when you bring guests.
