Looking for a roommate
Hey ladies! I’m Christiana. I’m a creative living in the East Village in search of a roommate for a year long lease beginning August 1st. I have a passion for dance, music, and traveling, and would love to find a roommate with similar interests, in addition to someone who is considerate and clean with shared spaces. The apartment is located on a quiet street in the East Village. It is on the top floor of a sixth-floor walk-up. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and updated appliances. I also have to mention that the AC unit can be included for an additional cost and the wallpaper can be left up or taken down depending on your interest in it. Closest train is the F train at 2nd avenue (the L is also nearby) and closest buses are the M14D/A and M9. Lots of community gardens, 10-minute walk from Tompkins, and some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby. Your portion of rent would be $1925, with 2 months free at the end of the year.
