Room available in quite neighborhood with a creative.
I currently have 2 bedrooms available.
Looking for preferrably a female however depending on the male, its fine.
I specialize in taking photos mainly for women so its easier to rent space to women for comfort of both parties.
1 room is partially furnished and the other is not.
These 2 rooms share a individual bathroom in the hallway.
Kitchen, living room, dining room, beauty station, back patio, front patio, and bathroom are all accessable areas to whomever rents. not just the bedroom.
Person must be clean and respectful. Not looking for alot of foot traffic, because I run a business here.
10 mims from downtown, lots of food options and downtown decatur all within a few mins drive.
Marta bus stop at end of street and station about 10 mins away.
