Looking for a roomate to move into the top floor of my apartment on March 1st. For 2000 a month you would have the floor all to yourself which is two large sunny rooms and access to the rest of the house. One room would be perfect for a large office/extra living area. I would prefer to have one roomate but if you want to move in to just one room I would rent the rooms for 1300 and the smaller still large one one for 1200.

This is a large single family three story house with a backyard, basement with tons of space for storage, gas heat and stove, two living rooms, dinning area and 1.5 baths. Wifi heat and electric will all be split and add up to about 120 bucks a month. The house is fully furnished and there is the option for the rooms to come furnished too. The street is quite, lined with trees and has rare once a week street cleaning if you have a car this is a huge plus. One block from awesome restaurants, shopping and bars. Laundromat is about 100ft away on the corner. L train is about a 2 minute walk and the G is 5 minutes. Door to door it takes about 20 minutes to get into union square.
