Large room Williamsburg

Hello we are looking for a new roommate as our current roommate is moving in with their girlfriend. This is a beautiful south facing room, it has a closet, it is on the top floor and has plenty of privacy. The house is three stories with a backyard, two living rooms one with a projector and the other more of a sunroom, two bathrooms, basement and a large kitchen with skylights and dining space.

The house is located 1 minute from the Graham L train and a quick 5 minute walk away from the G train. We are on a quiet street but very are close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants, bars and laundry.

Your roommates are two males in their late 20s early 30s, one works a corporate job in renewable energy and the other for an auction house. We are easygoing, love the outdoors, mostly surfing and biking. We keep the space clean, are respectful of noise and do not currently have partners.

We do not have room for any more furniture so we ask that you are open to using ours in the shared spaces. You are obviously welcome to furnish your room as you please and can potentially buy some furniture off the person moving out if it's needed.

No pets, no couples

Wifi is included in the rent. Other utilities gas and electric are required to pay monthly. They average to about 30 a month each.

First and last months rent along with a one month security deposit are due on signing a one year lease that will be returned when moving out if their is no damage. That adds up to $3,600 total

Move in is March 1st, potentially some items the night of February 28th if needed
