En-suite with a beautiful view
Looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 3B/3B townhouse. The common spaces are fully furnished. The kitchen has just about anything you need to cook / bake. Including an espresso maker. I love to bake and bake pretty often. The room is a full en-suite located on the 3rd floor. The room has STUNNING views out of both windows! You can watch fireworks from your bed whenever the Olympic center sets them off! You WILL need your own bedroom furnishings. Located in EASTLAKE near the Olympic training center. We have cats, but are open to the possibility of other animals. The property has two pools - one overlooking Otay Lake, the other is pretty central to the complex. Both pools are heated, they both have multiple grilling areas, hot tubs, and bathrooms right in the pool area. There are two gyms here as well. One for cardio and another with a variety of different weights. 420 friendly. You must be clean and clean up after yourself. You also must be LGBTQ friendly! Bonus points if you’re LGBTQ+ yourself. We have a two car garage with oven spot open to use, for a third spot it is $50/mo. Garage parking will be up for negotiation. We have central air and heat, washer and dryer IN unit, we have a dishwasher and a gas oven. We will be getting new appliances soon with the possibly an entire kitchen remodel! A lot of the home is a smart home. We use Apple HomeKit. All of the lights in the living room are smart bulbs, the living room has an Apple TV with surround sound and there is a HomePod in the kitchen. We also have fiber internet.
