The room has a full bed, two dressers (Total 6 drawers), Built in glass shelves. Closet has been outfitted with shelves, double hanging and a mini frig. Rent includes electric and wifi and of course the use of kitchen and living areas. Looking for Adults that clean up after themselves I'm not your mother. Parking is available but you have to go thru a background check thru condo management for a guest spot and your car has to be registered to property. I'm very close to highway/turnpike. Close to FIU Biscayne campus. If you don't own a vehicle close to transit. New matttress, new sheets 2 sets, new towels, new paint scheme. Bathroom been repainted
