Hi! My name is Sara. I’m a Taurus and I use she/they pronouns. I am a junior at Belmont university here in Nashville. I’m staying here for summer semester and an internship opportunity, but my roommate is going back to our hometown. I’m looking for someone to take the his one bed and one bath while sharing the living room and kitchen with me until August. I have one small, friendly, and clean cat. She is a bit mischievous though. The apartment is super cute, vintage, and less than a mile away from the Vanderbilt campus. I have a job, an internship, and will be taking a few classes so I imagine I will not be home often. I’m a music lover, but a decently quiet roommate. I have some friends and family that will spend time at my apartment, but I can communicate about all of them before hand. I’d want you to feel comfortable having friends over whenever you wanted as well!!

Spacious, vintage apartment in the heart of Nashville!
The apartment has white walls, black trim, and hardwood flooring throughout the majority of it. (Damask black and white vinyl tile in the kitchen and bathrooms) All doors include the original fixtures from when the building was completed in the 1920s. The elevator is also from 1920s, but is efficient. (And kind of cool in a gothy antique way) There is a fob system being installed before June to enter the building, but it’s currently a key code. You would get both a fob for the building and a key for our door. There can be some weird/old smells in the building, but I keep air freshener, burn candles, and burn incense to keep it smelling homey. The kitchen is small, but includes new cabinets and appliances. All utilities are included in the price of rent— as well as pest control and maintenance. It’s an cutesy, clean, and eclectic apartment in a quiet building with a lot of history. The available room has its own window A/C unit and walk-in closet. The available bathroom has a step up to it, a bathtub, and a mirror that functions as a medicine cabinet. There’s a lot of natural light that comes in and you can hear the sounds of the city. As a temporary resident/sub leaser you would have access to the private parking lot.
