We are looking for a roommate with whom to share our two bedroom one bathroom apartment. $475 includes all utilities & internet.

Must be able to pass a background check & cover the $60 fee (landlord required)

The space is a 10x10 room with a nice lil window, we have plenty of storage in the back as well. Laundry in unit. 15 min walk to blue line, armitage bus is reliable. 1 block away from the 606, grocery stores & coffee shops.

We are looking for someone 23 and older with no animals, as we have our hands full with our two pets. We are 420 friendly and queer/trans friendly.

I am a massage therapist, and a part-time online student preparing to be a child educator. In my free time, I like to be outside, I love to read and do arts and crafts.  I’m originally from Alaska, but have lived in Chicago for the past three years. It’s very important to me to keep a very clean and cozy home.

CJ (26, they/them)
Musician / audio engineer, works late weekend hours (out till 2am). In their free time they love to read, collect records, watch YouTube video essays and throw down in the kitchen 🔪 🧑‍🍳 🌶️

Kinlin: 6 year old 20 lb Jack Russell, loves to take long walks, get the zoomies out, tug of war, and snug of war (snuggles)

Lindy: 6 year old 10 lb black kitty, loves eating my plants 😡 watching butterflies and birds, and sleeps for 20 hours a day.
