This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the third floor of an elevator building with a doorman. The location is 250 W 88th St right on Broadway (1 minute walk from the subway and very close to Columbia in UWS!!) There is laundry in building. The bedroom (and living room) are extremely spacious and sunny and can accommodate a queen (or even king) sized bed! The bedroom can potentially come partially furnished if preferred, but can also come unfurnished. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished.
