Furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath townhome. The residence is located in Henderson near Boulder Hwy and Warm Springs Rd. The rent is $725 per month with utilities included. The room is for females.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand. It has a balcony with a view. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and covered parking with two designated spaces. The townhome is in good condition with hardwood, granite, and tile. Cox internet with the latest Panoramic Wi-Fi modem. Roku devices. I also rent a storage unit nearby, which tenants can use. It is within walking distance to the frequent BHX bus line (3 min.) and Sunset (212) bus line.

There is a $350 deposit, and it would require a rental agreement. It is available on a monthly basis maximum. $700 move-in for two weeks or $180 per week. I would like to see how things go before signing a long-term agreement. If you are in between places or need a temporary place for transition that would be fine and I could accommodate you, as I am open to short-term rentals.

I am a male, 50 years old, employed outside the home working nights. I am clean & tidy and try to live a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise). I don’t drink, but am 420 friendly, although this is not a party house.

I am looking for mature professionals with a steady employment history who are employed out of the house, part-time residents, and health-oriented people. I was also looking to keep the common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and tidy. And respectful of quiet hours who can appreciate a good night’s sleep. Looking to find a comfortable silence with somebody.
