It has a queen bed, nightstand, 2 large dressers, shoe rack, closet, floor lamp, ceiling fan, window and central air conditioning, wifi.
It is only for 1 person, you can still receive visitors and you have access to all the common areas of the house including the jacuzzi that is in the backyard.
You have the right to use the kitchen, utensils, appliances and the laundry area.
You can park your vehicle in front of the house without any problem, the area is very quiet, nice neighbors.
One month in advance $800 + 1 month deposit $800 is required, which will be refunded after inspecting the room at the time of wanting to terminate the rental contract, the utilities are included in the amount to be paid.
The contract can start month to month and if you like we can sign for more months according to the convenience and agreement of both.
Background checks will be required for this room.
