Hi all,
I am looking to fill a queen-sized room starting until the end of February in a flex 2 bed/1 bath in the Financial District, right on Wall Street. Pretty much every single train is walking distance away, as well as a Whole Foods and easy access to the East River, West Side Highway and shopping. Rent for the room is $2000 for rent and utilities (power and Wifi) usually are ~$70 per person. The apartment is on the 23rd floor in an amenity building. Some of the highlights include lots of natural sunlight, a dishwasher, a laundry room with App Payment, and built-in HVAC as shown in the pictures below.
