Hi! I am looking for 2 roommates, ideally college-age, to fill the remaining bedrooms in a house I am renting. It's located in the Montford neighborhood in Asheville, right in between UNC and AB Tech.
It is a 5 bedroom home: The upper level (2 bd, 1 bath) is already rented. It has its own entrance, and is NOT connected to the downstairs area.

Rent is $1,200/month which INCLUDES INTERNET AND UTILITIES!! (water/sewage/trash/electricity)

I'm hoping to find a couple cool, respectful people by the end of May/early June to to sign a 12 month lease with. Timing and duration are flexible, but the sooner the better! :)
I am a CO native and currently live near Boulder, but I am moving to Asheville at the end of May. I enjoy making art and going to see live music, but I'll be spending a lot of time working and going to school in the fall. I'm looking for other young, laid back people to share a space with.
