I'm a graduated Mechanical Engineer who is currently doing an internship in a furniture company here in Dallas. My current roomate is leaving in september and I'm looking for someone to share the apartment with. It is a nice neighborhood and there are a lot of amenities like a pool or a gym, it is been nice living here. Room for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Ivy Urban Living
I'm renting the master room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Dallas near downtown.
Monthly rent is $1.843 including wifi, trash and pest control. Water and Energy depend on use. Energy plan is free nights, so it is free from 8PM to 5AM.
You would need to apply first and the application fee is a one time fee of $75.
The complex name is Ivy Urban Living and the place have a lot of amenities like a pool, a gym, parking space, the apartment also comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher, ac, wifi, etc.
Location is nice, 10 minutes from uptown and 3 minutes fron downtown. Near there's a target, a ross, a walmart and some other stores and restaurants. Master room has a private bathroom inside the room and also a walk up closet. Feel free to ask any questions!
