Single mom looking for female roommate
Unfurnished room for rent in Rancho Bernardo, east of 15 freeway. My live in nanny is moving out August 20. I am a single mom working part time. Apartment is located on a golf course. The complex has a salt water pool, gym, tennis courts, a small park area (just grass and trees), and it’s a nice neighborhood to walk around in. People are really nice here. Pictures of the apartment are attached. Things look a little crazy right now since my roommate and her sister are about to move out, but will be back to normal when they leave. My lease is up January 8, 2020, then we will be moving out of state
