I'm a professional self-employed business owner, operating a home-based consulting and expert witness business. I have just rented a Townhome, with a one-car garage. full unfinished basement, three bedrooms, and a loft area, large enough for storage or another bedroom. Plus family-room, small kitchen, eating area and living room.

I plan to occupy the master bedroom and bath for me, and one of the bedrooms for my office. Plenty of storage space. Will barter room and house's facilities for help around the house and admin/clerical help in my business. Or Pay part of the rent.

The townhome isn't near Philadelphia - it's in East Stroudsburg. "They" didn't give much choice in location. I'm in the process of filing for a divorce, and I'm moving out mid-April.
