hello! I have a furnished room located 10 mins from DVC. The house is a 2700 sq ft home with 4 BR and 3 BA. The location is minutes away from Highway 24 and 680.
Currently, there is only 1 female roomie ( a recent college graduate) who stays at the house.
I work in Texas so I only visit the house one in a while.It will be a shared bathroom by two roomies only. You will have access to the whole house (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom). I am looking for an organized, clean and who will treat my house as their own house. My area is very safe, quiet and peaceful. No pets, no marijuana and no partying inside the allowed.
