Hi, everyone, my name is Annie. I am a 36 year old professional. I am looking for 2 female roommates . The rooms are in SE Portland , Oregon . which is nearby happy valley home Depot (9300 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley, OR 97086).Nearby MANY restaurants ,stores, super markets（Walmart, winco , Fred mejer, target, Ross , Tjmax ). Close to the Max and bus lines

The single family house is only 7 years new and in very good condition, 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are all on the second floor. I am a designer , nice , quiet, easy going female, who go to gym 3 times/ week, no drama and I don’t like to bother others. I already occupy the master bedroom

Now 2 bedrooms + 1.5 bathrooms are available. The bigger bedroom is not furnished, 140sf + 12sf closet for only $750/ month, you have a big restroom ( 1 private washstand and toilet + shared shower) if you move in , deposit is $750(refundable) + $150 last utilities + first rent $750. There is a Portable air conditioner in the room.

The smaller bedroom is furnished, 110 sf + 12 sf closet only $650/month , you have your private bathroom (half bath room without shower), deposit is $650(refundable) + $150 last utilities + first rent $650. There is a Portable air conditioner in the room.

We 3 people share the utility + wifi ( usually $100-120/ person) , 1 year lease at least. 6 months lease is available, +$80/ month .

Requires: have a job, enough to pay the rent and utilities. (I think working can make people more healthy, happier) . no drama, keep kitchen clean, or you have a good credit score, I can offer a lower rent. students are welcome too
