Looking for someone to take over my lease in a beautiful townhouse in Linda Vista. I had already signed the lease, but wasn’t able to move down due to circumstances that came up so the room is open and ready to move in ASAP. August is already paid for, after that your share would be approximately $1280 per month. You would be living with one roommate, Nicolas, who is super chill, friendly, helpful and communicative.
