I live in a luxury apartment of approximately 1,250 square feet in a well-maintained, quiet, luxury 33-unit security apartment building with a security garage. It is located about 6 blocks South of Roscoe and one block East of Woodman in the San Fernando Valley. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished with everything: Stove/Oven, 3 Microwaves, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Comfortable Central A/C & Heat, Laminate Hardwood flooring in the Living Room, Dining Area & Hallways, Ceramic tile in Kitchen & Bathrooms and marble counters, warm feeling carpeting in the bedrooms. Washer & dryer in unit. If you have a landline phone, computer, and television, there are hookups in your bedroom and I pay for the Internet and TV services so no cost to you. There is also parking on the street if you have friends over. You will have access to all the common areas including the kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer in the apartment, etc.

I am a non-smoker and have a good sense of humor, honest and reliable. Having been a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist you will find me a good listener and of course, I enjoy conversations and making you feel welcomed and comfortable in “our” apartment you and I share. For any actors that are studying or acting, I was an actor on television, industrial films and movies after moving to Los Angeles from Chicago several years ago. I love aviation and started to take flying lessons at age 16.

What I am looking for in a roommate is a student or professional who pays the rent on time, is honest, reliable, and has a sense of humor with a nice personality. You should have good credit, not a party person and not into drugs, and is a non-smoker.

The rent is $1,450/Month plus 1/2 of the Electric Bill which is approximately $60.00 Per Person.

Great location 3 miles from Los Angeles Valley College and a block and a half from the bus line, Freeway close to the 170, 101, and 405 Freeways. Need to get out, many restaurants in the area and two malls close by.
