Looking for a female vegetarian/vegan roommate to sublease a private bedroom (end date is flexible, can also do a lease transfer).

I have a spacious bedroom and personal bathroom available in my furnished 2B2B apartment in the heart of downtown Jersey City! The room has high ceilings, large windows to let in light, and tons of closet space. Along with the room being furnished with a bed and shelving, the shared living space is also fully furnished. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and the apartment also has central heating and A/C. There's also backyard space for hanging out or gardening.

The apartment is a first-floor walkup right next to the Grove St PATH station. Both the PATH train to WTC and to 33rd St operate there, and it’s about 10 minutes to downtown or 30 minutes to midtown Manhattan. The PATH station, both regular and Indian grocery stores, Duane Reade pharmacy, and the nearest laundromat are all less than 5 minutes walking distance. Several HBLR stations, Shoprite, and the waterfront are also only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also street markets and other events going on every few days at the plaza. Overall, the area is super lively and safe, and I genuinely love living here and I'm so sad to have to move out because of work!

Rent is $1,650 per month and the lease ends in August 2025. Utilities (heat, electricity, wi-fi) usually come out to about $60 per person per month, give or take depending on the season.
