I have a spacious furnished bedroom plus an attached bathroom available in my 2B2B apartment in the heart of Jersey City! The pictures here are of the place before it was completely set up. The bedroom will be mostly furnished, as well as the shared spaces. The appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) are all new, and there’s central heating and A/C.
The apartment is a first-floor walkup next to the Grove St PATH station. Both the PATH train to WTC and to 33rd St operate there, and it’s about 10 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to midtown Manhattan. The PATH station, grocery stores, and the nearest laundromat are all less than 5 minutes walking distance. The area is super lively, walkable, and safe!
I’m a very tidy person, so I just ask that shared spaces (and, to a lesser extent, the private bedroom and bathroom too) are kept very clean. I don’t mind smoking so long as it’s not in the house and I’m open to small pets.
Rent is $1,625 per month for the duration of your stay. Utilities (heat, electricity, wi-fi) come out to about $50 per person per month, give or take.
