Hi! I grew up around the city (from Connecticut) but I'm currently a student at Fordham Law! My roommate is moving out in January and I'm looking to fill her room.
I'd prefer to have someone who is a graduate student or a working professional around my age, but a senior in undergrad would be okay too! I love meeting new people and going out with friends on weekends, but I'll need a roommate who is okay with more low-key nights on weekdays since I'll be studying. While I'll be gone most of the day during the week at classes/in the library, I'm always down for wine nights and brunch :)

Room for rent in Upper West Side
Room for rent in a flexed two bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side in an elevator/doorman/rooftop building!
The building has laundry in building and has AC. Heat and hot water included, utilities average about $25 a month in the winter and $60 a month in the summer (per person). The room can fit a double bed, a desk, and a dresser/wardrobe OR it can fit a twin-sized bed, a desk, a dresser/wardrobe, and more furniture. There is a hall closet that has shelves and coat space that is split between me and whoever will take the room, but the room itself has no closet.
The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the 96th street subway stop, where you'll have access to the 1/2/3 and is two blocks from Trader Joe's, one block from an Equinox/SoulCycle, and one block from bed and bath.
For students, the apartment is 25 minutes walking to Columbia and is 35 minutes walking to Fordham Lincoln Center (where I'm a law student myself). If you want to take the subway, it's about 15 minutes door to door to both schools!
