I'm on 28th and Lexington so right next to the subway station for Line 4, 5, and 6. Your room is in the far left and fits up to a queen, tv, and desk (see second room picture with solid blue bedding). Empty pictures of your room have also been included. The bathroom is on your side. My room is in the far right (see first picture with striped blue bedding). Bathroom is shared. Heat and hot water is included in price. I've lived with a male roommate, female roommate, a couple, and by myself at different times for the last 14 years. Single occupancy ONLY. Respect and communication please. The Roomba is on everyday for 1 hour. A fan of whiskey (neat), R & B, plus ballet.
