My roommate is looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease for my Fishtown apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit that’s centrally located near all the best things Fishtown has to offer. The apartment is located right above Three J’s Market making work from home pretty easy. Tons of closet space, natural light and a modern kitchen. You’d be living with myself, a 26 year old working professional.

My roommate would be willing to leave bedroom furniture and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

Utilities are usually around $100 a month. Please let me know if you’re interested -his exact move-out date is flexible.

March-June would be a sublet, with option to renew 12 month lease starting in June.
