Hi guys!! My names iza, I live in greenpoint right by mccarren park. I have a large, sunny bedroom available for move in on on Feb 1 2025. Rent is $1700. It easily fits a queen or king sized bed and more. Hmu for pics or to FaceTime! The apartment has windows in every room, tons of light (you can see the sunrise and sunset), true living room and kitchen, and a bonus room used as a home office with extra space.

I’m a pretty chill roomie, I work hyrbid and my schedule can be kind of sporadic, but in my free time I love to go on walks, go to the gym, hang with friends, have movie nights, wine nights, etc. ideally, my roommate would be someone who is a young professional with their own schedule, but who is down to chill and hang too. I like to travel a bit too! Kindness & open communication are super important to me :)

I keep the apartment pretty clean but I’m not an absurd neat freak about it - I'd love to have a roomie who cleans up after themselves too and just generally respects the space/shared items.

I am 420 friendly (but keep it to my room) and my cat does live with me, she’s the sweetest & friendliest tho. The apartment has 2 equal sized bedrooms with the same sized closets & view, with a bonus smaller room used as a home office and with space for another desk set up or to make it something fun
