Living at the beach is BEST! 2+2 to Share
The apartment is in downtown Huntington Beach. It is about three blocks to the beach. I am a female looking to share a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment. You will have your own bed/bath. The bedroom is approximately 10ft. x 14.5ft. There is new paint and carpeting in your bedroom. Also, there is new carpeting throughout. The apartment is very bright and airy. The complex and neighborhood are very peaceful and quiet. There is an onsite laundry room. There is plenty of street parking since it is far enough away from Main Street (excluding some holidays). This is especially great and rare downtown!
Searching for someone that is employed, with proof of employment, and daytime hours. The place is fully furnished (except your bed / bath need furnishings). Non smoker that is looking for the same (no smoking, vaping, incense - I am allergic). Also, I need someone that is taking precautions to not get covid, has their shot or in the process of getting one (I am a high risk).
$1,150 per month + deposit. Rent includes rent, gas, electric, water, Internet, trash, and antenna TV.
