In need of 3rd roommate in cute South Harlem apartment

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our apartment in South Harlem, near the ABCD and 2/3 125th stop. We are walking distance to Whole Foods, Pioneer, LIDL, an AMC, and other shopping places like the Gap, Banana Republic, American Eagle, and many amazing local restaurants and small businesses in Harlem.

We have a fully furnished kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, one bath, good closet space (for Manhattan). We have an extremely comfortable air mattress for the third room, but it would probably be best to get your own bed if staying long term. We have a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, AC unit in living room, and bathtub.

We are looking for a June 1st move in and ideally someone who can stay until May 31st 2023, but we are flexible if you can only sublet for part of that time. We are recent college graduates, one is a middle school teacher and the other is a PA for a reality TV studio in NYC. We love to cook, play board games, and occasionally have a chill party. We are very clean and love keeping a safe, healthy living environment. We are queer and looking for queer people or women to sublet. No pets please.
